Overview
DNA Weight Loss & Wellness Solutions is a rapidly growing wellness clinic specializing in weight-management programs, vitamin injections, and metabolic health services. We are seeking a reliable Per Diem Medical Assistant with strong venipuncture experience for lab panels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a positive, patient-centered atmosphere and has experience in weight loss, wellness, or medical spa environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory panels
- Assist with vitamin injections (B12, Skinny Shots, Glutathione, etc.)
- Prepare patients for appointments and provide supportive guidance
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
- Accurately document patient information
- Assist with patient flow during busy hours or special events
- Uphold all clinic, safety, and HIPAA protocols
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience
- Strong venipuncture/ phlebotomy skills required
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible per-diem availability (as needed)
Preferred Experience
- Weight loss, wellness, or medical spa clinical experience
- Experience with vitamin injections and wellness-based services
- Familiarity with patient education on supplements or weight-management programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
Schedule
- Per Diem / As Needed
- Flexible daytime hours
Compensation
- Competitive per-diem rate (based on experience)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
