Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Field Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work outdoors completing a variety of property service projects while interacting professionally with customers. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
• Complete pressure washing and soft washing projects safely and efficiently.
• Clean gutters and downspouts.
• Install and service permanent holiday lighting systems.
• Assist with junk removal and property cleanups.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance services.
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
