Global Law Firm is searching for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-stakes litigation matters.
This is a career-track opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to step into a lead role—working closely with attorneys on major cases while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices across litigation support.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of litigation case support, including discovery, filings, and trial preparation
- Lead coordination for trials, arbitrations, and hearings, including logistics and vendor management
- Oversee document management systems and ensure efficient organization and retrieval of case materials
- Implement and manage calendaring systems to track filings and deadlines
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and assist with legal research
- Partner with attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors to support case strategy and execution
- Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and support staff on complex matters
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices across litigation workflows
What You Bring:
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience within an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm
- Hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including trial and arbitration support
- Strong knowledge of e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Nuix, etc.) and litigation support tools
- Experience with court filings (including e-filings) and case management systems
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Strong understanding of Bluebook citation and cite-checking
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
