Handyman / Property Maintenance Helper (Independent Contractor)
Location: Allegheny County, PA (various properties)
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week (varies)
Compensation: Approximately $1,000/week based on workload and jobs completed
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working handyman/helper to assist with maintenance and turnover work for residential rental properties throughout Allegheny County.
This is a steady, ongoing opportunity for someone who wants consistent work each week.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work includes both inside and outside tasks such as:
- Painting and drywall patching
- Basic repairs and general maintenance
- Assisting with basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Light carpentry work
- Property clean-outs and turnovers
- Yard work, exterior cleanup, and light landscaping
- Getting units ready for new tenants
Requirements
- Basic handyman or construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability is a must
- Must have own transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work
- Must have basic tools (or willing to acquire them)
