Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development
About the Role
DMVTEK is seeking an experienced and driven Civil Engineering Project Manager specializing in Land Development to join our team on-site in Mesa / Phoenix, Arizona.
In this role, you will oversee and manage land development projects from conception through construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and deliver complex civil engineering and land development projects.
Prepare, review, and approve detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, sub-consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success and compliance.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and resource allocation.
Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff and CAD technicians.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering (Required).
Experience: 8 years of dedicated experience in Land Development.
Licensure: Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) License (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire).
Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Work Location: On-site in Phoenix / Mesa, Arizona.
Relocation: Local candidates preferred (No relocation assistance provided).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to $150,000 / year (Depending on Experience)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure eligible.
