Overview:
DMV Restorations, Inc. is a multi-family leader and Class A General Contractor specializing in remodeling and restoration services within the Commercial and Residential sectors.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Field Technician who can become part of and grow within our company. This role will drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches;
- Assist/Manage with all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks;
- Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions;
- Tie workflow to schedule;
- Produce timely and detailed service reports;
- Document each service request;
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner;
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols;
- Cooperate with team and supervisor; share information across the organization;
Common Tasks During Job Visits Include:
- Carpet Cleaning
- Painting
- Assist with Remediation Work
- Demolition
- Hauling
- Transportation
- Light Installation, Removal, Repair of Fixtures and Appliances
- General Handman/Maintenance Work
Qualifications:
- Proven field experience work in airduct and carpet cleaning, drywall installs and repairs, flooring, punch outs, reglazing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge and maintenance;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Must be able to bend, work in confined spaces or varying heights;
- Excellent English and Spanish communication and literacy;
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications;
- Must have a valid Driver’s License;
- Must be able to pass a background screening and have a good driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
