Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams to ensure timely execution and strategic alignment.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proactively identify risks, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects moving.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to encourage problem-solving and onboarding of solutions.
- Prepare documentation and status reports for leadership and project stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within retail financial or merchandising environments.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Ability to work effectively under shifting priorities.
- Collaborative and proactive leadership mindset that promotes accountability and team alignment.
