Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in selecting flooring products that fit their needs and budget
* Generate and follow up on sales leads
* Schedule and conduct in-home or showroom consultations
* Prepare estimates and sales proposals
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Coordinate with office staff, installers, and project managers
* Meet sales goals and contribute to company growth
Qualifications:
* Previous flooring, construction, Remodeling, or sales experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
