Part-Time Demolition & Junk Removal Laborer
Solid Line Renovations / DMV Got Junk is looking for a reliable part-time worker to assist with junk removal, demolition, job-site cleanup, and occasional painting/renovation work.
Job Duties:
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Loading and unloading debris and furniture
- Interior demolition and light exterior demolition
- Removing drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, etc.
- Job-site cleanup and material handling
- Assisting with painting and prep work when needed
- Helping with other general construction tasks
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50–75 lbs
- Must be able to work safely and follow directions
- Construction, demolition, junk removal, or painting experience is preferred
- Must be available for part-time/on-call work during the week, with occasional weekends
Work Area: Montgomery County, Washington, DC & Northern Virginia
Schedule: Part-time / as needed. Hours will vary depending on projects.
Pay: 25.00 an hour.
