Summer Camp Director – North Potomac
Recreational Sports & More Camp (Ages 6–12)
$26.00–$27.00 per hour | 30–35 hours per week

About the Camp
- Recreational sports and more camp
- Serves children ages 6–12
- Structured curriculum focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun
Responsibilities
- Lead daily camp operations to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment
- Implement camp curriculum for sports and swimming activities
- Supervise, support, and mentor camp counselors
- Foster positive camper behavior and a welcoming camp culture
- Communicate professionally with families and camp leadership
- Uphold all safety procedures and program standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience working with children in a school, camp, or youth program setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage groups of children and support staff effectively
- Reliable availability during the five week camp season
