Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN / NP / PA)
DMV Beauty Clinic – McLean, VA
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN, NP, or PA in Virginia with advanced training in aesthetics and a strong understanding of safe injection practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments with precision and safety, including:
- Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau)
- Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, under-eyes, chin, etc.)
- Skin boosters PRP/PRF
- Conduct thorough consultations, assess client goals, and determine candidacy based on medical history and contraindications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records including treatment notes, injection charts, doses, and before/after photos.
- Provide additional aesthetic services such as:
- Microneedling (RF & traditional)
- Chemical peels
- Laser services (optional depending on training)
- Skin tightening / rejuvenation treatments
- Follow all Virginia Board of Nursing guidelines and work strictly within scope of practice.
- Ensure the highest standards of sanitation, sterilization, and infection control in every procedure.
- Participate in client education, aftercare instructions, and ongoing patient relationships.
- Assist with general clinic operations when needed (client check-in/out, intake forms, treatment prep, etc.)
- Maintain high professionalism, ethical standards, and a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience with cosmetic injectables (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of facial anatomy
- Strong aesthetic eye and ability to create natural results
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Training/certifications in injectables, microneedling, or lasers (preferred)
Compensation
This role is commission-based in the beginning.
We offer 30%–45% commission on NET profit, depending on experience, certifications, portfolio, and client retention.
All medical supplies, fillers, Botox, syringes, and clinic stock are provided by us.
The injector does NOT purchase their own products.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
