What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Solutions Supervisor position at DMSi Software?
The Integrated Solutions Supervisor monitors and tracks the Integrated Solutions projects across Customer Experience. The Integrated Solutions Supervisor executes the strategy set by the Manager of Implementations and the project methodology strategy set by the Program Manager. The Supervisor ensures consistency across Integrated Solutions projects, including internal processes and external customer communication. This oversight will occur on all Integrated Solutions projects. This role will supervise all Implementation Analysts designated for Integrated Solutions and drive their growth with product knowledge and professional development.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manages the full life cycle of Integrated Solutions projects, from initiation to closure, following the established project management methodology and best practices.
- Coordinates project assignments and overall project workload across Customer Experience.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Cross-department collaboration with sales, product managers, software development, systems engineering, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of Integrated Solutions Customer Experience activities.
- Handles escalations with DMSi team members, customers, and vendors.
- Assists with monitoring and maintaining KPI measurements for the performance of the Integrated Solutions products.
- Assists with creating and executing standard product acceptance processes for the Customer Experience Department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, MIS, Project Management or equivalent work experience in similar roles or with similar duties.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands.
Travel to customer locations as needed, including business air travel and car rental.
