Job Summary

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assemble and package fiber optic products
- Read routing and perform work as assigned by your department supervisor
- Sew, cut, clip, hook, or otherwise assemble materials to create sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials
- Label and prepare finished products for shipment
- Track production throughout the shift
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Notify your supervisor of any material or equipment issues
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable standing and working with your hands during the shift
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Light manufacturing work
- Standing, walking, and hand use throughout the shift
- Lifting typically less than 10 pounds
