Role Description
As a Door-To-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential customers to present and sell a variety of DMSC's voice, data, and connectivity solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and maintaining customer relationships. You will represent DMSC’s values while achieving sales targets and reporting to the Sales Manager. Additionally, you will continuously enhance your understanding of DMSC's product offerings and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers
- Proven Sales experience and the drive to meet or exceed sales targets
- Leadership and Sales Management abilities to mentor and guide team members
- Prior experience in Training and presenting product knowledge to customers or team members
- Exposure to or knowledge of the Beauty Industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in understanding and demonstrating technology-driven solutions is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
