Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including trimming, edging, planting, fertilizing, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools properly.
- Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and other issues.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Work effectively in a team to achieve common goals and meet project deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of various plant species, pest control methods, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check
