Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled workers, providing clear directions and guidance throughout each project.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out safely, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the project manager to plan and organize resources, equipment, and materials needed for each job.
- Oversee the construction and installation of commercial retaining walls, ensuring accurate alignments and proper drainage systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, minimizing disruptions to neighboring properties and the environment.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction, making adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make quick decisions while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various construction equipment and tools.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
