This is a full-time on-site Truck Driver role located in St. Louis, MO. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles to transport goods, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include vehicle inspection before and after trips, adhering to the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery records and logs. The role requires safe driving practices and close collaboration with the dispatch team to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries.
- Valid CDL Class A license and proven truck driving experience
- Proficiency in handling trucks and related equipment
- Understanding and compliance with DOT regulations
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading of cargo
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
- Physical fitness to handle unloading requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
