Job Description:
DMS Contractors LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Bilingual Construction Project & Field Coordinator. This role directly supports our Project Managers by managing field technicians, walking job sites with homeowners, and handling city inspection BIDs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Supervision & Crew Support: Oversee day-to-day work performed by internal technicians and subcontractors on active job sites.
- Homeowner Communication: Maintain open communication with homeowners, providing project updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- City Inspection BIDs: Process, track, and follow up on city inspection BIDs, municipal paperwork, and work authorizations.
- Bilingual Translation & Flow: Ensure smooth, fluent communication between English-speaking clients/inspectors and Spanish-speaking technicians.
- Project Closeout: Conduct pre-inspection walks, collect signed certificates of completion from homeowners, and deliver final reports to PMs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in residential construction coordination, field management, or customer service in the trades.
- Strong customer relations skills—ability to manage homeowner expectations calmly and professionally.
- Practical knowledge of residential home repairs, trades, and city compliance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to local job sites daily.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
