We're looking for an energetic, organized, people-focused Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in sales, customer success, or business development.
No drone experience required. We'll teach you the industry.
What You'll Do
You'll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale.
Responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct onboarding calls with new customers
- Answer customer questions and coordinate solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support
- Ensure customers have everything needed for success
- Schedule follow-up calls and check-ins
- Track customer activity using CRM software
- Coordinate product deliveries and training
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Help renew and grow existing customer relationships
- Resolve issues before they become problems
- Become a trusted advisor for your accounts
