Dining Server/Waitstaff - West County

DMR STL is seeking professional, friendly, and service-focused Waitstaff to support a variety of dining environments, including senior living communities, corporate dining facilities, private events, banquets, and special functions.

The ideal candidate understands that exceptional service goes beyond serving food. Our team members create welcoming dining experiences, build positive relationships with guests and residents, and represent hospitality at its highest level. Success in this role requires professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different service settings.

• Provide outstanding customer service in senior living, corporate dining, and event environments

• Greet guests, residents, and clients in a warm and welcoming manner

• Deliver meals and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards

• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout meal periods

• Set up and break down dining rooms, banquet rooms, and event spaces

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas

• Assist with catered events, meetings, holiday celebrations, and special functions

• Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, supervisors, and team members

• Ensure a positive dining experience by resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly

• Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, senior living, corporate dining, country clubs, hotels, or banquet service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays during shifts

• Food service certifications are a plus but not required

• Over 18
