Responsibilities
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management.
Requirements
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is requiered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 9am-4pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
