Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in the Western Texas area. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for construction initiatives, with an emphasis on new data center builds, renovations and power infrastructures. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and utility providers; managing project logistics and inspections; and providing transparent, consistent updates on project progress. The role requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of materials and services.
- Experience with Inspection processes and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout project execution.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, scheduling, and supply chain oversight.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with power/utility coordination is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
