FedEx Contractor Delivery Driver

DMJ2 Logistics Inc. is a FedEx contractor looking for a full-time delivery driver to add to our team! Our territory is expanding and we are looking for hard-working, RELIABLE, safety-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to be a part of our growth.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our new team member:

1. Versatility & Reliability: Candidates should be reliable and flexible to get all packages delivered on every scheduled shift.

2. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are a must, as our employees interact with customers regularly.

3. Weekend Availability and Schedule Flexibility: This role requires weekend availability. Full-time employees are scheduled five days per week (up to 6 for experienced candidates and also during year-end holiday season), with a strong preference for individuals who have flexibility in their schedule.

4. Good Driving Record: While a commercial license (CDL) is not required, applicants must have at least one year of on-the-job driving experience, a clean MVR (motor vehicle record), and be 21 years of age or older. Vehicles operated by DMJ2 Logistics are primarily step vans.

5. Safety Consciousness: Safety is our top priority. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to always following safety protocols and guidelines.

6. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in all aspects of the job, from package delivery to administrative tasks.

DMJ2 Logistics operates daily from the FedEx Goodyear facility located at 890 S 143rd Ave, Goodyear, AZ 85338.

Pay: $180.00 - $240.00 per day
