- Administer, configure, and maintain OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, or other OpenText platforms.
- Implement containerized deployments of OpenText components using Docker and Kubernetes on Azure.
- Manage and optimize AKS clusters, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and data governance standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for OpenText and AKS environments.
- Participate in upgrades, patching, and migration activities across hybrid cloud setups.
