Job Title: Business Analyst 3 with Texas Medicaid programs and PASRR Exp
Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote)
Duration: 6 Months Contracts
Description:
This role is a senior Business Analyst supporting the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) IDD Habilitative Specialized Services (IHSS) Automation project, focused on enhancing the Long-Term Care Online Portal (LTCOP) to automate requests and authorizations for Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) habilitative specialized services. The analyst will work directly with the PASRR Director, program leadership, and Agile delivery teams to translate Medicaid and PASRR policy into system functionality. The role spans the full SDLC requirements, backlog prioritization, design review, risk management, testing strategy and execution, UAT, and limited training support ensuring the system changes are implemented accurately and on time for a January June 2026 delivery window.
