Senior Software Engineer

Full-time professional position at Digital Mobile Innovations, LLC’s business office located at 1600 International Dr., Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102.

Duties:

Perform software development tasks to analyze user requirements to design and develop application features. Perform custom program development and implementation, design, testing, coding and system analysis. Apply knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle. Create thorough and clear technical documentation. Estimate implementation tasks. Produce efficient and high-quality code. Regularly employ and maintain proficiency in a range of application development tools, technologies and platforms such as Java, J2EE, Oracle and SQL Server. Interpret and follow technical designs for software development implementation. Coordinate with technical leads and solution architects on design related issues and technical blockers. Provide production support to clients to ensure site up-time and steady performance.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science or Information Technology field and 2 years of experience in job offered, or related software development position will be acceptable. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.

Special Requirements:

2 years of verifiable experience developing software applications using: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Tomcat, Jboss, Web logic, Rest API, JSP/JSON and UNIX.
