About The Opportunity
The Senior Performance & Metrics Analyst supports IT Governance under the Lifecycle Operations Line of business by designing and overseeing performance reporting frameworks, defining KPIs, ensuring data governance, and delivering executive dashboards. They provide strategic insights into portfolio performance, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
Their role includes establishing reporting standards, ensuring data integrity, and mentoring junior analysts. Senior staff also play a critical role in ensuring that reporting frameworks are scalable and defensible, providing transparency and accountability across the portfolio.
Qualifications
Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
