About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a
Jr. Network Engineer, Administrator
to join us.
Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in the management and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems, ensuring compliance with CDC standards.
Support Active Directory administration, including user account creation, group policy application, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform routine network troubleshooting tasks, such as workstation patching, basic router configurations, and port activation.
Provide first-level support for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
Assist with mobile device management, including configuration and troubleshooting using tools like Intune and Azure.
Participate in emergency response efforts by ensuring basic network connectivity and support for remote personnel.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions in ServiceNow.
Assist in generating reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance for analysis.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
High School Diploma; 3 - 4 years of experience
