As the Demand Generation Manager at DMi Partners, you will be a key driver of our marketing strategy—responsible for developing and executing programs that generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth. To support this growth, you will oversee DMi’s social media marketing, paid & earned media, and event marketing efforts. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a strong digital marketing foundation, and the flexibility to support event strategy and execution as part of an integrated demand generation approach.
You’ll orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, manage digital programs, and continuously optimize performance to drive measurable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You will strategize, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Linkedin and other platforms to increase DMi awareness, generate demand, and drive inbound leads.
- You’ll manage DMi’s social media accounts to produce posts, manage interactions and find opportunities for thought leadership for DMi’s leadership team.
- You will manage the production and delivery of key client communication vehicles, including monthly client newsletter and quarterly client benchmark report.
- You’ll manage and execute DMi’s award submission calendar.
- Supporting and scaling DMi Partners event marketing efforts, including owned, sponsored, and partner events, to drive engagement and lead generation through partner events and conferences will be your responsibility
- You will support DMi’s efforts to secure earned media placement and brand mentions with third party industry publishers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You have proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for B2B services companies.
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- You have deep understanding of B2B digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Search and Linkedin Ads.
- You have experience managing social media for a B2B services company.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, “own it” approach to driving results.
- You have a growth-oriented mindset—you love experimenting, iterating, and continuously improving performance.
- Copywriting skills would be a valuable addition
Salary range: $60,000 to $85,000
