Overview
The Warehouse Shipping Worker is responsible for supporting shipping operations by accurately pulling, staging, and preparing products for timely and efficient distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a high-reach forklift to pull, stage, and replenish inventory up to 40 ft.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling and safety procedures
- Scan, label, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Update shipment information within the warehouse management system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred
- Ability to operate a high-reach (narrow aisle) forklift required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Basic computer skills for scanning and shipping systems
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
