Overview
This role supports production by performing a variety of manufacturing duties including assembly, machine operation, metal-forming, material handling, and some shipping/receiving to ensure products are built and prepared for delivery accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, metal-forming, and machine operation tasks
- Operate a foot pedal banding machine to secure products for shipment
- Handle materials and support inventory control processes
- Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced production environment
Key Requirements
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willingness to learn production processes and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required (paid training provided)
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
