Overview
The Industrial Electrician supports the Maintenance department by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, and controls
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Bend conduit and complete industrial wiring (220/480V)
- Support general maintenance tasks as needed
Key Requirements
- Experience with electrical panels, controls, and power distribution (NEC)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with willingness to support broader maintenance needs
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
