What You’ll Do
- Develop control logic for building automation systems in commercial facilities.
- Program Tridium/Niagara 4 and BACnet-based controllers to meet engineered sequences of operation.
- Design and deploy user-facing control graphics for customer front ends.
- Update software/firmware, diagnose complex control issues, and build reusable programming templates.
- Partner with customers for training and support; identify and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with managers and provide technical guidance to sales; complete documentation promptly.
- Perform field work for commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Pursue ongoing learning through self-study and certifications to maintain technical excellence.
- Experience with BAS or commercial HVAC controls.
- Familiarity with systems such as Distech, Honeywell, or comparable BAS platforms.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara 4.
- Comfort working around 120/208/240/480 VAC power systems.
- Ability to read and create in CAD software.
- Direct experience with HVAC systems and equipment.
