Role Description
We are growing our creative team and looking for a Videographer & Content Creator who is passionate about visual storytelling and excited to bring technically sophisticated products to life, from studio shoots to social content to live event coverage. If you're someone who loves variety, moves with purpose, finds creative solutions without waiting to be told how, and knows how to make great content without a big budget or a large crew, this role was made for you. This role reports directly to the Senior Creative Director.
What you'll own
- Shoot and edit product photography and video across studio and real installed environments, clean, elevated, and true to the DMF aesthetic
- Bring each product to life through four standalone video formats: why we developed it, what it is, how to use it, and how to install it
- Create platform-native short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with strong hooks and storytelling built for each channel
- Join us at industry trade shows to capture live content — on-the-floor footage, dealer and partner interviews — and publish to social in real time
- Conduct on-camera interviews with our engineers, designers, and leadership to tell the story behind our products
- Own the lighting and gaff setup for studio and controlled-environment shoots
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director on creative briefs, shot lists, and campaign rollouts
- Use AI-powered tools to work smarter and deliver faster without compromising quality
What we are looking for
- 3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and content editing — product or B2B brand experience is a plus
- A portfolio that shows range — product, lifestyle, social, and educational content that tells a clear visual story
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Hands-on experience with lighting and gaff setup for both photo and video
- A natural feel for social platforms — you know what performs, why it performs, and how to shoot for it
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented — you find a way to make great content work with what you have
- A true team player — you collaborate openly, share credit, and make the people around you better
- Someone who shows up with energy and commitment — you take pride in your work and give it your all, every time
- Positive and adaptable — you bring good energy to the team, embrace challenges with a can-do attitude, and don't let obstacles slow you down
- Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Open to feedback and comfortable moving fast in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Experience in architectural, design, or technical product categories
- Proficiency with CapCut or Final Cut Pro for quick social turnarounds
- Background in how-to content
