DME Living Well is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join us in a hybrid Operations Delivery Technician role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured operational work and getting out in the field to support patients and hospital partners directly.

About DME Living Well
We specialize in durable medical equipment including wheelchairs, hospital beds, lifts, mobility aids, bathroom safety products, and incontinence supplies.
We service patients across all of Connecticut and maintain consignment programs with more than 20 hospitals across CT, MA, and NY.
The operations team ensures timely delivery, proper setup, and personalized support for patients and our hospital partners. We provide essential medical equipment every day with our delivery fleet servicing 3–5 hospitals and 50–70 patients.
Our mission is to support recovery, comfort, and well-being for every patient we serve.

What This Role Includes
Operations Responsibilities
• Managing and optimizing day-to-day operational activities
• Supporting inventory control across warehouse and hospital consignment locations
• Assisting with equipment tracking, stock rotation, and supply forecasting
• Collaborating with sales, service, and support teams
• Helping improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
• Analyzing operational data to support decision-making
Delivery Technician Responsibilities (as needed)
• Delivering medical equipment to homes and hospitals across CT, NY, and MA
• Following routes, schedules, and safety procedures
• Loading, unloading, inspecting, and operating company delivery vehicles
• Setting up equipment and providing basic instruction and light repairs
• Maintaining delivery logs and documentation
• Upholding DOT, safety, and regulatory standards
• Providing professional, friendly customer service
• Assisting with equipment pickups, exchanges, and inventory control
This is a hybrid position—part operations, part on-the-road service.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable with equipment setup and learning technical tasks
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
• Ability to lift/carry up to 65 lbs frequently (up to 150 lbs occasionally)
• Positive attitude and desire to help others
• Proficiency with basic software tools preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
