Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership, handling a wide range of legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
The ideal candidate is someone who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and step in as a true partner — not just provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Support corporate legal functions across multiple entities, including entity management, governance, and compliance
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Maintain corporate records, filings, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, employment matters, and corporate transactions
- Assist with risk management initiatives, including tracking claims, disputes, and legal matters
- Support employment-related matters, including documentation, investigations, and policy-related issues as needed
- Monitor deadlines, filings, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and recommendations to leadership
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- 3–8 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment
- Strong experience with contracts, corporate governance, and legal documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
- Someone who can anticipate needs and stay ahead of issues
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

- Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
