Site Manager Responsibilities
The Site Manager is Responsible for field operations of designated warehouse
Manage warehouse site, train Technicians
Monitor Warehouse Compliance and Company Vehicle Compliance Checks
Monitor Inventory accuracy for integrity in warehouses, vehicles and storage units
Perform performance reviews, disciplinary action and recruitment duties as needed
Building and Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent retention visits and in-service visits
Site Manager Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years in management and operations in the medical or medical equipment field
Possesses a strong understanding of the medical equipment field
Strong communication skills, problem solving and relationship building skills are essential
