NOW HIRING – Property Maintenance Rep!
We’re a small but fast-growing Property Management Company in Knoxville and we’re looking for 2 skilled Property maintenance reps to join our team!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Pay: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
Requirement: Must have your own vehicle for property visits (We reimburse mileage)
We’re seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who can handle general home maintenance, including:
Basic Plumbing
Basic Electrical
Flooring
Drywall & more
