What You'll Do
This is a unique role that combines client service, sales, and legal support. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through some of the most important moments of their lives.
Client Relations & Intake
- Be one of the first friendly faces and voices clients encounter-whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Build trust with prospective clients and convert leads into consultations and retained cases.
- Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, open new matters, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist clients with questions, concerns, and updates while delivering exceptional service.
- Identify urgent situations and work with attorneys to ensure clients receive timely support.
- Assist attorneys with preparing immigration filings, motions, briefs, and supporting documents.
- Manage case information and deadlines using our case management systems.
- Coordinate with clients to collect evidence and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with agencies such as USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and federal courts.
- Help keep cases moving forward through proactive follow-up and organization.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
- 6 months of experience in sales, client intake, customer service, or payment processing.
- Experience working in a law firm or professional office environment.
- Immigration law experience, particularly removal defense, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
