What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Bookkeeper/Accounting position at DMC INC?
Looking for a Part time Bookkeeper. This role involves managing customer collections and credit accounts. Paying Vendors, Data entry, Book work to track receivable and payables, filing, phone calls and customer service. This role is limited to the work load and is currently only 2-3 hours per day. We may be able to provide a bigger work load with more hours to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is customer service driven, friendly and must be a good team player.
Must be able to pay close attention to detail. Customer payments and Vendor Bills must be scrutinized properly and entered accurately in our system.
Attention to detail is very important.
Job Duties to include everything office related.
Answering phones
Helping customers with whatever they may need
Using our computer system and quickbooks.
Maintain existing customer relationships while managing the collection process or handling customer credits
Clerical paperwork/filing
Book work data entry
Light cleaning of the office and your workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
