The Associate Business Analyst supports the planning, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for IT projects. Position Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Support requirements analysis and validation with stakeholders.
- Participate in process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Help evaluate information to ensure compliance with standards and business needs.
- Compile and organize data for reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support project execution.
- Contribute to QA and UAT planning and documentation.
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of PMO processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Familiarity with SDLC and basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exposure to Jira, Visio, and other relevant tooling is a plus.
