Private Residential Level 3 Security Officers

Job Title: Level Three Residential Security Officers (Searching for three, in total)Location: Austin, Texas (must be local to Austin, Texas)Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:We are seeking THREE professional and experienced Level Three Residential Security Officers to provide full-time security services at a private residence. This role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong observational skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and vendors. Flexibility in schedule is essential, including the ability to travel, work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the property at all times

• Greet and check in/out all guests, visitors, and service personnel according to established protocols

• Conduct regular patrols of the property (interior and exterior)

• Respond promptly to any security issues, alarms, or emergencies

• Administer first aid, and CPR if required

• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor check-ins

• Coordinate with property management and law enforcement if necessary

• Follow all post orders and protocols to maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Provide driving support for a 26-passenger small school bus during morning and afternoon shifts; a bus monitor will be present at all times to assist

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Level Three (Level III) Security License

• Minimum of 2 years of residential or private security experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing patrols for extended periods

• Flexible schedule with availability to travel, work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must have a clean driving record, pass a motor vehicle check, and demonstrate a willingness to drive a small school bus twice daily

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Must be able to provide excellent employment references
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be local to Austin, TX
