This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that requires sophistication, emotional intelligence, and a calm presence. Working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and a small, trusted team, the Executive Personal Assistant will help ensure that every aspect of the principals’ personal and household life operates with quiet precision and care.The family places a high value on serenity, loyalty, and genuine warmth - and they are seeking someone who embodies all three.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless transitions, time zone alignment, and personalized comfort for the principals and guests.
- Calendar Management: Maintain a dynamic, evolving schedule with accuracy, foresight, and discretion across all personal, family, and social commitments.
- Daily Household Support: Partner with the Chief of Staff to oversee day-to-day logistics — handling errands, managing mail and returns, overseeing vendors, and ensuring household systems flow smoothly.
- Hands-On Assistance: Provide practical support as needed, such as watering plants, caring for pets (including chickens!), and keeping storage or garage spaces tidy and functional.
- Vendor and Staff Coordination: Liaise with team members and service providers in a professional, gracious manner to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Problem Solving: Approach challenges with a calm, can-do attitude — identifying solutions proactively rather than simply reporting issues.
- Professional Representation: Uphold the family’s privacy and reputation through impeccable discretion, polish, and presentation.
