DME is currently seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to support the marketing team in the Fairfax, VA office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team
- Develop and edit marketing materials for the proposal process
- Edit and package proposals based on requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical engineering teams
- Maintain and edit marketing databases
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proposal experience, including RFP/RFQ/RFI/IFB
- Experience with SF 255/330/general formats
- Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High-School Diploma
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred
- CRM experience a plus
Salary : $64,480 - $85,280
