- Manage and maintain project documents using Bluebeam Revu and document management systems Establish and enforce document control procedures, naming conventions, and version control protocols Track, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports, etc.) Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely document flow Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems (electronic and/or physical) Assist with document retrieval, archiving, and audits Support markups, collaboration sessions, and workflow automation within Bluebeam Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Proven experience using Bluebeam Revu for document control and collaboration

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
