As a Criminal Defense Paralegal, you will juggle multiple management tasks, coordinate with attorneys, law enforcement, witnesses, and prosecutors, and keep our team sharp and prepared for every court appearance. • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary: $75,000 per year. 
• Benefits:
• Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.
• Loyalty vacation program: Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries.
• Medical Insurance: DM Cantor covers 50% of the base plan in your first year and 100% thereafter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of private criminal law paralegal experience 
• Full-time, in-office role 
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits
• Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures
• Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency
• Familiarity with Clio software preferred
• Ability to manage and direct a minimal caseload and train/manage a team of four paralegals and four administrative assistants
• Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills
