Location: North Carolina – Greensboro/Durham/Raleigh/Burlington
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base Commissions

We need a self-starting, tech-savvy sales pro with a hunter mentality — someone who’s as comfortable networking at trade shows as they are delivering one-on-one compelling product demos to prospective clients. In this role, you’ll drive new business development, expand our customer base, and help lead the charge in the fast-growing field of autonomous robotics.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and on-site visits
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of robotic solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry decision-makers
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing models, and performance reports
- Travel across the state to attend events, conduct walkthroughs, and pursue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet individual and company revenue goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience; tech or B2B preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Highly competitive, goal-driven personality with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly understand and explain technical products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience working trade shows and professional networking events
- Must be upbeat, tenacious, and motivated to win
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
