Position Available: Full Time Groundskeeper - 1st Shift
Scheduled: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm at Troy School District
Wage: $20.50/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility grounds, which includes mowing grass, weed whipping, edging, blowing grass off sidewalks and parking lot, trimming shrubbery, raking, and weeding.
- Removes snow from sidewalks and driveways and spread sand, salt to prevent slipping, requiring additional hours to be worked before/after regular shift
- Respond to scheduled and/or unscheduled Emergency events.
- Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations.
- Additional duties as assigned or needed.
Position Requirements:
- Some grounds experience required
- General knowledge/experience in repair/service/PM of the following equipment:
- Compact tractors; Kubota UTV; Golf cart; Equipment trailers; Lawn mowers; Truck/UTV snowplows; Truck/UTV salters; Walk behind snow blowers; Trucks (3/4 ton and 2 ton)
- GED/High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license (no restrictions)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a DMV check (have a clean driving record) to be approved to drive company vehicles
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
- Must have team aptitude and approach.
