Custodial Supervisor
Location: Sault Ste Marie Area Public Schools
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, Flexible Availability

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily custodial operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and schedule adherence.
- Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, and supply tracking.
- Direct and support team members through clear instruction, coaching, and feedback.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company/OSHA protocols.
- Conduct inspections, investigate concerns, and follow through on corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs such as inspection scores, labor budgets, work order completion, and inventory availability.
- Schedule staff, review timecards, and ensure full shift coverage and training compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or technical certification.
- 2 years of custodial/property management experience; floor care knowledge a plus.
- Experience with team supervision and/or scheduling preferred.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and inventory control.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions; must pass background check.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic.
