Custodial Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily custodial operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and schedule adherence.
• Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, and supply tracking.
• Direct and support team members through clear instruction, coaching, and feedback.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and company/OSHA protocols.
• Conduct inspections, investigate concerns, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as inspection scores, labor budgets, work order completion, and inventory availability.
• Schedule staff, review timecards, and ensure full shift coverage and training compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or technical certification.
• 2 years of custodial/property management experience; floor care knowledge a plus.
• Experience with team supervision and/or scheduling preferred.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and inventory control.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions; must pass background check.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic.
