Job Summary:
The General Office & Data Entry Specialist will provide first line of service for answering phones and directing calls, as well as assistance for all general data entry activities including accounting systems and standards of CRM.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
● First to answer phone, direct calls to appropriate personnel, greet and direct clients and visitors to office.
● Assists with invoicing customers and collections for AR and minimal AP.
● Improves and aids in implementation of CRM and use by all staff at location for increased customer and staff support.
● Gathers and provides information and documents needed for inquiries and provides to management as needed.
● Completes CRM training for all office personnel positions and updates to training as needed.
● Accepts payments via mail and over the phone; posts and deposits payments per GAAP and banking guidelines and requirements.
● Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors, assisting them when needed and forwarding items to Central AP Clerk.
● Reviews AR reports to determine the status; makes collection calls; and proceeds to refer delinquent accounts to GM or other accounting personnel.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to follow all written and verbal policies, procedures and instructions that are implemented by Management.
● Develop thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies that govern the financial and banking industry through training and utilizing online services.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with accurate and efficient work.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
● Proficient with or able to quickly learn the accounting software and CRM used by the organization.
- Starting pay range listed depending on experience; review at 90 days with increase based upon performance
Education and Experience:
· AA or AAS in Business related field; or combination of high school diploma and documented experience in all areas set forth herein.
· At least 2 years of customer service and data entry experience; with QBO and CRM preferred.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
● Occasional day travel may be required.
Salary : $41,000 - $44,000
